Adopt

In 2011, Pet Helpers found homes for roughly 1200 animals.  In our continued effort to save more lives, our goal in 2012 is to find forever homes for 1500 animals.  

We invite you to visit our Adoption Center and to meet our many feline and canine residents.  At any one time, there are 130-150 cats and 40-60 dogs in our care.  Each one of them will live with us until they find a home.  Each adoption saves the lives of two animals: that of the animal being adopted, and that of the animal taking its place at Pet Helpers.  Help us save lives.  Adopt.

When considering pet ownership, we encourage you to consult the American Veterinary Medical Association's Guidelines for Responsible Pet Ownership.

With your adoption you also receive a bag of Hill's Science Diet food and 30 days of ShelterCare Pet Insurance. 

Opt to extend your pet's health insurance beyond the initial 30 days, and Pet Helpers will receive a donation from ShelterCare!  Or, click on the image below and your enrollment in the ShelterCare Pet Insurance program will generate a donation to Pet Helpers!
